Board Meeting Minutes
1 August 2016

Meeting called to order by Bob at 6:45pm with the serenity prayer. Board Members Bob Eichenlaub, Candy Kniffin, Lynda Rothermel, Linda Tracy, Lisa Molmen, and Eric Pearson were in attendance.

Lynda made a motion to accept the previous minutes. Seconded by Linda; accepted unanimously.

Discussed finances; Lisa reported the we have $827.73 in our account. Eric made a motion to approve the Treasurer's report. Seconded by Candy; accepted unanimously.

Bob brought money from donations to Charlie's memorial. It was decided to ask those who donated to the memorial fund if they would like it to be transferred to a membership. Bob will contact those three people.

Bob will post on board about next Board meeting, and invite members to attend.

Bob will put up sign on board for in-kind donations.

All board members were asked to make a list of AAs to ask for memberships or donations.

Lynda volunteered to be in charge of thank-you notes.

Discussion: We should either reimburse Erin for pamphlet rack and/or refrigerator, or give her a letter stating she donated them.

Bob will post a note on the board about the open Board position (Secretary).

Bob made a motion to close the meeting, Eric seconded. Everyone left.
