CLUB MINUTES
2/1/16

Bob E started the meeting with the Serenity Prayer at 6:48pm

In attendance: Bob Eichenlaub, Charlie Birdsall, Erin Taylor, Candy Kniffin, Rich Holcombe, Linda Tracy, Eric Pearson, Lisa Molmen.

Minutes for 1/4/16 read and amended. Charlie motioned to accept the minutes as amended, Linda seconded. Board unanimously accepted.

Bob E. reported:
a) checking account established and passed to Lisa M.
b) Name change official - Alano By The Bay

Bob E. suggested that the focus of the meeting be on establishing the bylaws. Board agreed.

Bylaw discussion. Lisa will present a rough draft to the Board for review, before the next meeting.

Linda T. would like to get the membership procedure in place as soon as possible. Due to the time, it was suggested that we postpone until the next Board meeting.

Eric P. would like some Web material from the Board members.

As most of the Board will be unavailable on the first Monday of March, the Board decided to schedule the next meeting on 2/8/16 at 6:45pm.

Eric P. motioned to close the meeting, Charlie B. seconded. Motion unanimously accepted.
