Board Meeting Minutes
7 June 2016

Meeting called to order by Bob E. at 6:44pm with the serenity prayer. Board Members Bob Eichenlaub, Candy Kniffin, Linda Tracy, Lisa Molmen, Erin Taylor, and Eric Pearson were in attendance, as well as guest Lynda Rothermel.

Bob E. made a motion to accept Lynda Rothermel as a new board member, to fill the seat left vacant by Rich Holcomb's resignation. Seconded by Lisa M.; accepted unanimously.

Motion by Eric P. to elect Linda T. to the vacant Secretary postion. Second by Lisa M; accepted unanimously.

Discussion about defining positions on the board. Eight board members; four of them are officers; four of them are committee chairs (IT, Membership, Fundraising).

Lisa M. was given permission to buy fireproof box to keep minutes, bylaws, insurance.

Motion by Erin T. to accept the minutes from the May 9 meeting as read. Seconded by Eric P.; accepted unanimously.

Treasurer Lisa M. provided an informal summary of the club's finances.

Linda T. made a motion to file the 501(c)(3) paperwork. Seconded by Erin T.; accepted unanimously.

Five members to get keys for closet.

Bob E. will open his house up to members and guests for Blue Angels Show, on July 2, 3, or 4th.

Bob E. made a motion to close the meeting, Eric P. seconded. Everyone left.
